Click on “About Us” and “Our Teams” to find your jersey number for the 2012 summer season. You will need the number to roster for each tournament.

Best of the Beach Online Self Roster and Waiver (Hunterdon Storm Lacrosse Teams)

1. Go to Jersey Shore Best of the Beach Registration Site – http://new.teamsportsinfo.com/Customers/t3/Best-of-the-Beach-Tournament-2012/

2. Click on “Players: Click here to begin online self rostering and signing of waiver”

3. Choose your graduation year or division player is playing in – and choose your team

**Hunterdon Storm High School team please choose Girls 2014 division and Storm Lacrosse Storm 2014 as your team

**Hunterdon Storm Middle School team please choose Girls 2016 division and Storm Lacrosse Storm MS as your team

4. Complete the required fields and submit your waiver

*Note: High School divisions will have information that we will distribute to the college coaches*

After completing the rostering process, each player will receive a username and password. They will be able to log in and update their profile at a later date. This is especially useful for SAT scores!

Club National Championship Online Self Roster and Waiver

1. Go to http://clubchampionship.net/ClubNational/

2. Hover over Team Resources in the green bar

3. Click on Player Waivers

4. Fill out all of the information. When choosing a team name, please select Storm (grad year) for Morris Storm members and Hunterdon Storm for Hunterdon Storm High School members

National Draw Online Self Rostering

TO REGISTER YOUR PLAYER FOR THE NATIONAL DRAW:
1. Go to http://www.laxtournaments.com and click on the banner for National Draw
2. On the navigation bar (Home, Team Registration, Information…), click
on the “Teams” tab
3. Above the table of teams, find the “Division” tab and select the
year of your athlete’s team
4. Locate the Storm team and click on it to view the roster *Hunterdon Storm High School is listed in the 2014 division under Hunterdon Storm. Hunterdon Storm Middle School is listed under the 2017 division under Hunterdon Storm 2017/2016.
5. Under the “Athletes” section, find your name and click on “Log In”
6. On this next page, either log in with an ID and password (if you
have an account), or enter your email address to have an account
created for you.
7. Once you log in, along the top of the webpage, locate “My tasks for
this event.” Hover over the icon immediately to the left to see a drop
down menu

From this menu you must do 2 things:
1. Sign the Athlete Waiver & Release of Liability
2. Update your Profile information (address, etc).

Player Self-Roster and Waiver Instructions

1. Please visit http://new.teamsportsinfo.com/Customers/lbts/Summer-2012/default.aspx

2. Click on Players: click here to begin online self-rostering and signing of waiver.

3. Choose your team’s appropriate age group.

4. Choose Morris Storm Storm (grad year) OR Morris Storm Lacrosse Hunterdon Storm from the drop down menu.

5. You will be prompted to log-in to an already existing account or create one.

6. Once you are in your account you will need to fill out all prompted information and accept a waiver at the end.
